u feel an urge to do somethin

u struggle to get it

u do it

u do it again

u do it again and again becoz u wanted to do it

u pause for a moment, and think why ur doing what you r doing

thus u do it but now u dont want to do it

yet u do it

u do it more

u give up

u feel solace u feel blessed u feel cursed etc

then u get up

u feel u got nothing to do

u feel tht more often then u have anticipated

u feel like doing something

to stop feeling nothingness

u get up

as ur feeling an urge to do something again.

Go Tiger Go

•February 8, 2007 • Leave a Comment

Tiger was a puppy.

He was adorable.

He used to follow me to the school.

He seemed to wait for me when I used to come back from school.

First thing I used to do after reaching home, it to feed him Rotis and sometimes milk (if my grandma is not home ! ;-) shh)

He was strongest among his 8 siblings.

He used to take care of his weakest brother Tiny a lot.

Tiny was kinda irritating. He wanted everything from food to his mother’s love.

Tiger always let it go, may be being strong he realised his power and responsibilities.

Time grew, despite of proper food and treatment one after one the puppies gone missing.

It was tough time for me,I couldn’t stop thinking about my friend Tiger’s broz. I was getting more worried about Tiger and Tiny day by day.

One day Tiny wasn’t there in his brick house (we built one for them) when I returned from school. Our crew (gang of colony kids) called an emergancy rescue option for which few of them were to be scolded later in the evening.

We found Tiny, five blocks away near watertank.Poor puppie…..

A week after Tiger went missing.

Tiny stayed there for few years. He became a mean and wicked dog. He got regular beating from next generation of colony kids. I guess he never had puppies.

I missed Tiger a lot. I had no one to talk about Tiger, back then just like today.

Tiger has became a root of emotion called friendship. Ever since when I locate Tiger…after some time he just goes away. I never did understand why is that so. With time the insecurity grew in me, these days I just can’t bear it.

I hate you tiger. I hate you very much.

:-)

Dedicated to: the_yellow_face.

Note: Rise and Shine my Tiger.

One of the classic from 70s.

Time and Synchronization

•December 31, 2006 • Leave a Comment

For me time has been a mysterious component. It is the only a(the) reference, to one and all’s state. I somehow am very much blinded by state-transition principles of an automata. Time is a reference to each state. In a way we can model our life using state transition with time as a dimension to it.Let’s not go there and chew out some sci-fi crap.

New year phobia has hit almost everyone. How amazingly we have synchronized entire world using time. If you try to disconnect your life from this synchronous system, you experience joy. Asynchronous life is where time is not a factor anymore. If you add liveliness ( Eventually what ever you do,terminates) condition in it,you can sail thousands of mile just like me….a nomadic wave.

to be continued

For time-being ( see I am still into synchronous mode) Let’s hear U2 With or Without You Live… Read With or Without you (time)

Lyrics for newbies!

See the stone set in your eyes
See the thorn twist in your side
I wait for you

Sleight of hand and twist of fate
On a bed of nails she makes me wait
And I wait without you

With or without you
With or without you

Through the storm we reach the shore
You give it all but I want more
And Im waiting for you

With or without you
With or without you
I cant live
With or without you

And you give yourself away
And you give yourself away
And you give
And you give
And you give yourself away

My hands are tied
My body bruised, shes got me with
Nothing to win and
Nothing left to lose

And you give yourself away
And you give yourself away
And you give
And you give
And you give yourself away

With or without you
With or without you
I cant live
With or without you

With or without you
With or without you
I cant live
With or without you
With or without you

Bulla ki jana me kaun?

Sitting quietly, breathing the word “nothing”,Listening to “Dumb” by nirvana, drinking atleast five soda canes (“diet coke caffene free”), taking small naps after a big one….all this in a loop till calender year 2007 get pronounced.

How have you been,dear visitor?

Random Waves…

1. Vaishnav Jan to…by N.Mehta is deep!

2.I had long conversation about world history with a chinese guy named William!( that’s globalization ;-) ). It was about World History and Future. I wasn’t suprised when he talked about M.K.Gandhi and his so-called-statement “I can’t get distracted by young women!”. I tried not to explain anything to him though I was able to sum it up all when I talked about India to him. It was interesting and enlightening to derive Patterns from past.Like finding a weaker link in a structure makes your job very easy and more.

3. I had a techie talk with an enthusiastic and energetic senior of mine.He topped once again!!!

4. I bought new mp3 player. Its called i___. It will further attenuate my social life. It disconnects you from your being. If I have had this device during my undergraduate year,I would have had refrained from trashing people around. Anyways that’s very much about it.

5.Decided to stay home whilst my roomies are watching Ash in Dhoom-2. I guess I am getting older at speed of light!

Peace.

John Lennon….forever

There are few sentences for which you may get shot into your chest thrice. It happened with many of them on the earth. Guns speak with same intensity for those intense words.

There is a revolution world is breathing this day and age.The concept lived for centuries. It is something we perceive before we perceive the word or meaning of perception. It is a concept of that Supreme Being which is known and remembered with different names around the globe. The proper noun is: God.

Today each of us is someway or other way struggling to renounce that concept. Each soul is willing to be liberated.

I am glad.

Out and out for John Lennon (One only lives for once…..but he somehow managed to outgrow from that saying…..his ashes are still breathing in the air.)

Peace…

turn of the lights..for real effects.

Computer…

I don’t exaggerate, but this small box has become building block primitive of civilization as a whole for generations to come.

What is the driving force behind it?

I guess it’s the insatiable hunger compute and solve real world problems. Stem cell research, SETI, Human Genome Project, Defense Projects, fight against Cancer & AIDS, weather forecasting, combinatorial problems of real world, search engines, upcoming demand gaming all are hungry children of mother earth in this 21st century. All they need is computing power.

Computer Architecture is the design that enables software and hardware to work together and do the supernatural enigmatic computing for human beings.

I took this incredible ride in the world of computers, last Monday night.

Few interesting stories are linked here:

Play station 3 cell processor: 256 billion calculations per second just for some number below 400$ line! Games will look better than real world objects! Time has arrived to live virtual life

Days are near when you will carry your computing environment with you as a chip!
It’s not just an idea…. getting real. U3 USB Drives…!

Want to come out of vicious cycle of booting up your PC? Heard of MRAM?

Do you know programming? You can control your world! Motes and UCB!

I guess these much is enough to chew for the day.

Current focus: If you can answer following questions….for me ;-)

What design issues when addressed, can produce an architecture which becomes key to commercial success (after all its money!)?

Can you think of something, which can drastically change world of computing?

I am already prying over it.

Farewell Summer 06

The day ends here with amazing number played live by Bryan Adams…and I am looking back to the season which is about to end.
Summer 06 has been a productive season. Got indulged into various activities. Outcomes are healthy. Fall seems to take free fall once it will get pronounced as “Fall Begins”. Time is demanding a well-drafted strategy and plan of action from me. I am sure that I will retort back. I need to adopt patients and snub out those variables I have been dealing with. I will be posting some of my essays here in near future. I wish this place get alive soon.
